Dashboard layout
The Business dashboard (business.ordafy.com) is the merchant command center. Owners manage catalog, orders, bookings, customers, team, and financials.
Walk new owners through the sidebar on their first login — focus on Orders, Bookings, Products/Services, and Settings.
Daily workflow
Encourage owners to enable email notifications for new orders and bookings.
- Check new orders and booking requests
- Update order fulfilment status (preparing, ready, delivered)
- Mark bookings complete after service
- Review payouts and low-stock alerts
Team & roles
Owners can invite staff with roles (Owner, Admin, Member). Staff access POS with organization PIN where configured.
Partners should not store owner credentials — teach owners to invite their own team.
