Accessing POS
POS runs at pos.ordafy.com (or the dedicated POS app). Staff sign in with organization credentials and select a register/shift if enabled.
Partners should demo POS during onboarding for retail and counter-service businesses.
Till workflow
Card payments require Stripe Connect. Cash orders still record revenue for reporting.
- Browse or search catalog
- Add items to cart with variants
- Apply discounts if permitted
- Take card or cash payment
- Print or email receipt
Order management
Online orders for pickup appear in POS for fulfilment. Update status when ready for customer collection.
Use order detail to view customer notes and delivery preferences.
